I wasn't able to find anywhere that would detail the "version" of the HDD file I had, but running a version of Parallels from 2019 or 2020, I had to assume it was using a later version. MIPI DSI host controller supporting up to 720p 30Hz. Thanks disk management seems a mysterious art, even in 2021!
